Girly Fit Society didn’t begin as an app. It began as a real community.

Through in-person events called Girly Dates, women came together to move, connect, and feel good in their bodies again. What started as small cardio dance & burlesque classes quickly became something bigger: A space where women felt:

Girly Fit Society is the evolution of that experience, now accessible anywhere, anytime.

Results vary. These images are illustrative example based on typical body recomposition from the 6-weeks Brazilian Hourglass Challenge when it's done once or twice (or even more). Individual results depend on your starting point, consistency with the workouts, nutrition, sleep, and lifestyle. Your own transformation will be unique to you.

Because we spend so much time taking care of everyone else…
and still expect ourselves to run on empty.

I want us to be 90 years old, still moving, still dancing, still feeling alive, just like my husband's grammy, because we made time to take care of ourselves along the way.

A NOTE FROM BRUNA, FOUNDER OF GFS

I didn’t always feel confident in my body.

For years I felt overweight, soft, sloppy, and completely disconnected from it. I tried everything, expensive gym memberships, different workout programs, even a “certified coach” that left me injured. Most of it felt boring, overwhelming, or gave me zero results.

Until I realized the truth:
It wasn’t about doing more. It was about doing it the right way.
It was about finding movement I actually loved and sticking to it, consistency over perfection.

What started as small in-person Girly Dates classes quickly grew into something bigger. I loved the energy we created together, so I built Girly Fit Society as a platform that combines Pilates, sculpting strength work, and fun feminine dance, all designed to help women feel strong, confident, and good in their bodies again.

Today, GFS is becoming more than just a fitness platform. It’s growing into a global community of Girly Queens, a true wellness lifestyle, and a movement centered on feminine strength, confidence, connection, and longevity. I’m so grateful you’re here.
